The Life Fitness G7 Home Gym is a dual adjustable pulley machine that encompasses two 73kg weight stacks, free rotating pulleys with 20 height settings on each chrome selector pole and uses cable motion to offer you almost endless exercise possibilities. PERSONAL TRAINER
The Life Fitness G7 comes with a training DVD and this is particularly useful. Certified by a personal trainer the DVD covers different training goals. One is a basic 30 minute total body workout while the other is a high energy circuit workout.

Although the G7 offers a vast array of exercises as a free standing dual adjustable pulley system combining it with the Life Fitness adjustable G7 Bench opens up another world of possibilities. The G7 Bench will add versatility and exercise variety to every workout and when you have completed your routine the bench folds away into storage.
