SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL

The Life Fitness Elliptical Crosstrainer uses a unique Side-Drive™system which provides an excellent ellipse pattern at the same time as reducing the overall size of the unit. It comes in two trim options, Titanium and Walnut adding that extra touch of style and beauty to the aesthetics of the FS4.

Lets take a look at what's on offer. It maybe smaller than the average elliptical crosstrainer but  the Life Fitness FS4 provides a smooth and silent stride length of 22" (56 cm) two inches more than most of its rivals, an excellent stride length for the majority of people.  The Range Pedal™design provides an extended pedal size of 21" x 6" (53 x15 cm) offering a comfortable place to stand no matter what size you are and the QuickGrip™ergonomic handles, which allow for multiple hand positions, include integrated pulse grip sensors and control buttons. No matter what you fitness ability the 20 resistance levels will provide you with the workout you desire. Finally this machine offers more than just a cardiac workout it can also provide a resistance workout.

ENGROSSING WORKOUTS

The Life Fitness FS4 Elliptical Crosstrainer is more than a crosstrainer, its a 3-in1 workout machine. Obviously you have the traditional elliptical workout but at the rear of the machine are attachment points that you can connect resistance bands so you can perform a number of resistance exercises as well. At the side of each moving pedal is a platform. When you stand on these you can then use the oscillating arms to provide an upper body workout only. 

SHARP AND ENGAGING TECHNOLOGY

The club quality console with its sharp, simple lines, creates engaging workout experiences. It has a premium colour touch screen which is inviting and easy to use. The intuitive dial display provides all your workout stats as well as providing Bluetooth and NFC connection that lets you share your workout data with popular fitness Apps.

A CLEAN BREAK

With traditional elliptical crosstrainers you have to consider dust and dirt that builds up on the rails and can sometimes effect the function of the machine. With the Life Fitness FS4 Elliptical the moving parts are shielded from dirt and dust, this not only means it enhances its durability and reduces noise levels you can also lean back and chill and take a break from cleaning on a regular basis.
